I’ve been getting haircuts for the past 12 years at the flower mound location, but have noticed the wait is at least an hour plus. I see that there are only 2 stylists working there, why have they rescued the staff so much? Been trying to get in all week, ended up traveling up to Corinth to wait only 10 minutes. Buzz cut

I checked in online which had a 35 minute wait. I arrived in 3 minutes and waited another 30 minutes in store. I was never acknowledged one time by any of the 3 hairstylist. I was then skipped in line. I told the girl that skipped me that I was indeed here and asked why I was skipped. Her exact words, “It’s your responsibility to check in in store or let us know you’re here.” There was only 3 of us in the lobby waiting and 3 of us on the TV screen. I will never return to this location ever again.

There is no benefit of having an app for scheduling if it does not work, or when you check in online it does not show up at the store. I am technically savvy and it frustrating when you schedule your day around what the app says and the experience is different at the store. No one at the store is willing to help and just blames the technology.

I’ve been going to this Sports Clips for 5 years now, and I’ve had a couple different stylists. I’m pretty picky in the beginning as I want my fade and hair done right. It has always been great customer service and professional when it comes to my haircut.

Walked in for a much needed haircut. Sign on the door said check ins are done using the app or on line. So I stepped in to begin the requested by process on my phone. Noting two stylists working and one customer waiting (board showing a 10 min wait for him), I pulled up the app and found that it wanted me to create an account and a password. During this process, another client walked in, walked right by me, ignored the sign and checked in at the desk in the usual way. Seeing this I walked out. If I’m asked to do something a certain way and others aren’t, I’m happier leaving. App deleted.

Stylist didn’t listen and completely messed my hair up before I had a chance to say anything. Said I wanted a high fade not an undercut. One swipe of the clippers and my hair was f’d. Went ahead and let her finish it all the way around hoping it was even.. she got done now I’m stuck with pretty much a Mohawk with completely uneven sides. Never have I had such a terribke experience at any of the big chain haircut places. Went to another sportsclips the next day paid another 24 dollars to have it fixed. Needless to say I think I’ll find another place to get my haircut from now on.

I am so delighted that my favorite stylist is now at this location on Mondays and Wednesdays! Mikayla is one of the best stylist in the company. I have followed her for several years now and can say that she pays very close attention to detail and her customer service is second to none. She has developed a following at every store she ends up at and there is a reason. If you are looking for a stylist, she is excellent. She is in Little Elm the other days, but she will make sure you are satisfied with the cut. She truly cares about making you look your best. She is up on the new styles and trends and of course the classics.
