If someone comes for a haircut and the stylist hasn’t had a lunch break yet, don’t accept someone through the system to just make them wait there and not say a single word to them that they need to wait while you take a break. Have had 10 decent haircuts here but done after this. Don’t waste peoples time without the simple courtesy of telling them you need a break. The stylist was either rude/didn’t care/or incapable of simple social skills. The company, should include In the app the ability for the stylist to block off a period for lunch and break to not accept more customers. A couple lines of code and a button could fix that, must be laziness from corporate.

Will never be back. Their newest employee doesn’t respect the clientele nor the “waiting list” program at all and when kindly confronted she immediately cut me off and chose to argue with no attempt to even hear me out. Zero understanding of any semblance of customer service and I responded accordingly.

Never returning to this location again… Sat and waited my turn in que for almost an hour waiting for “the first available stylist”, only to be seated AFTER someone who arrived later than me by about 5 minutes. That I can excuse, but what I can’t excuse is my nationality being mistaken for another, and then after pronouncing my name to the stylist, having my name butchered by what she THOUGHT it was pronounced like, then proceeded to make Hispanic jokes about the difference between Josey and Jose. So after a good 25 minutes of having my head manhandled, feeling uncomfortable, and being given orders on where to look and how to accommodate her, I left with my sideburns uneven, my goatee portion under my chin whopsided, the hair behind my ears not fully groomed, and the hairline on either side of my mouth unsquared. Karen is the worst stylist I’ve ever had in over 30+ years to ever touch my head. I only went here because my normal barber is out for personal reasons and this location is close to my wife’s work. I’ll never make that mistake again. Management needs to have a serious talk with this woman.

I’m done with coming to this place until they fix their online check in system. Every time I have used the online system I always have a problem when I show up. The stylist here are good and I have no issues with the haircuts but it’s very frustrating to show up and have 1 member of my family checked in and the other two not and then have to wait forever because I get skipped and placed at the back of the line. This has happened to me multiple times and the staff all know it’s an issue but it never gets fixed. The stylist are just as good at cool cuts and they actually let you make a real appointment so you show up and they are ready for for.

I have been looking for a place to cut my hair for a while and popped in to this location and business chain for the first time. loved the attention that I was given by the greeter and their set up for fist timers was very easy. I also had my hair done very well and to the point by Shae, She was one of the fastest people to have done my hair and did a really good job of it. I do recommend this location to other people.

Love the staff! I was greeted immediately upon entering the front doors and was told to sign in. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I was called up for a haircut. This was my first time at Sports Clips and I was highly impressed. I got my hair cut by Cynthia (hope I spelled that right) and she gave my a fantastic cut! Super polite and conversational staff. Will absolutely be going back for more cuts.
