What a huge disappointment! The more I look at my grandson’s hair the more upset I get. Hudson, 4 has gotten his haircut a few times. Bangs, over the ears and buzzed in the back. No brainer right? He sits down and with her first comment I thought “this may not be a good thing”. However I’m known to be over protective, it’s around 6:00 Tuesday and picture day at school is in the morning! Now Hudson Is Not Crying or Wiggling Around. He does move his head some but nothing major. He was way better than I had planned on. The women was short, rude and showed No interest in making this a memorable experience. In fact she did Everything to set him off. There was no communication when she was going to spray water, turn on blow dryer or buzzer. I was even more shocked to find out she had kids of her on. This was a free haircut my son had received from a stylist at the Very Location. No one even knew how to use it. Large pieces of hair outside door, however inside was clean. Checked in online at 1:17 and arrived at 1:32 and see my name next in line on the screen. By the time someone came up to greet me my name had been removed on their screen but still showed next in line on my phone. Got told they have no power over online and was pushed to the very back of the line after explaining I have to be at work in an hour and a half. I have been here twice a month since covid ended and I won’t be back.

Wasn’t very happy with the results. Yes it looks good while you’re sitting there in the seat, but when I got home and got a closer look it was bad. And was never asked for any other service. But the hair cutt and beard removal. And got charged $35.00 and all she did was use the clippers to take the beard off and that’s it , no close shave. Hair missed all over. Very upset . Got taken to the cleaner’s with the cost.

I showed the barber a photo but she argued with me and used her ‘16 years’ of experience as an argument(who asked); also saying I showed her 3 hairstyles when I showed her one photo but wanted an undercut and a fade on the side. I will admit it was partially my fault for not explaining it well, however it was also her fault for not working with me when I get the same haircut from an ethnic barber and they get it down to the tee.

Khala is my go to. She’s patient, listens, and is the best. I’m always worried when someone idk who cuts my hair, but I gave her my trust and it always comes out perfect. Will be going back in May to get another cut by Khala. I reccomend her to anyone.

Checked in online. Wait time said 51 mins. My husband went in and waited at the five minute mark. Waited 30 mins in store. His name was number 1 on the list. He never got called. He got aggravated and left. This is the 2nd time this has happened. You have lost his business for good. Extremely rude and u professional.
