Joe tried to cut my hair and failed. I have a simple haircut, but he left steps everywhere, nothing evenly blended. When I pointed it out he said “that’s just your hair”. When I asked for another stylist he became angry. I’ve never had someone who claimed to be a professional attempt to cut my hair the way this guy did. The person in charge had zero customer service skills. Will never go back to sports clips. Amateurs.

Took my son and he was very happy with his haircut by Dani. She was very personable and worked with him to achieve a great haircut. The reduction of a star is for their sign in online experience. Told me it was a 90+ minute wait and then texted me to come by in 15 minutes or I may lose my spot. While I was there 3 people no showed so obviously the system doesn’t work right.

I have been going to this location for about three years. Of course, with the pandemic, today was the first time I have been there in over a year. I always have Kerri cut my hair…she is very personable and I always enjoy talking with her, while I am getting my haircut. Beyond that, the shop is always clean and the service is great. I definitely recommend.

Critical: ProfessionalismTook my 3 year old to get a haircut as soon as they opened. The girl was immediately annoyed and was overall rude. I understand he was squirmy, but she couldn’t be bothered with him and gave him a not so great hair cut. We just moved back to the area from Virginia and I brought him to sports clips because that’s where he’s familiar with going. Every stylist he’s worked with in Virginia took their time and gave him a great haircut, even with how much he moves. I understand he was squirmy, but she couldn’t be bothered with him and gave him a not so great hair cut. We just moved back to the area from Virginia and I brought him to sports clips because that’s where he’s familiar with going.
