This was my first time at Sports clips and I was very impressed. The young women who cut my hair was very professional, polite, and did a very nice job. The business was very clean and well maintained. I liked the check in process and felt that it was a very efficient way to manage customers in the store and waiting. I was worried about going in the first place because usually the chain haircut places really fall behind with customer service and satisfaction but I was very impressed and would definitely go back again.

We come here all the time. They close at 7. We arrive at 5:43pm and the doors are locked. Sign on the door saying they are closing early when they still have clients inside they are taking care of. I’m a school bus driver and can only do things during certain hours. They lost my business. I took pics of the sign and the clients inside they were helping with the doors locked. They looked at my son and I and then ignored us like we didn’t exist.

Today was the worst experience. I looked up the location as i knew it was labor day and saw they were open, I checked in online, got the text message to check in when i got there. When i got to the door they were closed. I wasted my time and gas going there. I work 2 jobs so its not easy to find time to just go there. Review will change when I have a positive experience

This is the second time after coming there met Peyton very nice young lady cut my hair with no issues. After returning for my haircut these past two occasions was so heartbreaking. I was looked over and others was taken in before me even tho I’ve been waiting checked in and waiting for the next available hairstylist. I waited over and hour because decided I was going to wait to see if eventually someone will acknowledge me. Finally got my hair cut by a young lady that was new to the establishment, I received very nice hair cut after waiting a hour and a half with countless people coming in after I did and got their hair cut. 5/13/22 was worse I walked in checked in like I done and was told to do. There was one customer ahead of me I sat down. While waiting 3 gentlemen walk in checked in just like I did I watch all 3 get their hair cut while i sat with my name on the board. Another young man just walked through the door did the same thing the 3 men before me and I did, checked in sat down a young lady came and call his name, he replied she was here before me, she looked at the board looked at me and asked my name and proceeded to tell me there is a order to things. The young man was so shock he apologized to me before going to get his hair cut. I walked out I know I deserve better treatment. I was a customer just like those others. I won’t be going back I know that may not mean much for those working there but it’s the principle of it. I honestly felt discriminated against. No one should be treated like their time doesn’t matter like they don’t matter. If you don’t want to serve a certain type of people that should be stated for everyone to know to make a decision to ensure they never feel the way I did these 2 last visit to this establishment. This is so sad but this is reality to many. Shame
