Used to love this brand. Now, every cut feels rushed and honestly, I’m tired of having the clippers beat against my head and still ending up with an uneven cut. Given the rise in their prices, it’s no longer worth the hassle to try to figure out when they won’t be busy and deal with the rush. Took my boys in to get haircuts on a Sunday afternoon. The sign on the door says walk in welcome, no appointments needed. So we walked in. There were two people sitting waiting, so we thought cool this will be quick. The woman working asked if we had checked in online. I told her no that we did not. Then she proceeded to tell me that they were all booked up for the day so they could not help us. Why on earth you would have a sign that says walk ins welcome, no appointments needed if you are only going to help people with appointments is beyond me. That is false advertising and just bad business. We will never use you company again.

Joanne listened to what I wanted in my haircut and did exactly what I asked with it. I like mine to be slightly longer on top than on the sides and she delivered. She was also possessed a very cheery demeanor with a lot of stories and she is a great conversationalist. While I did not catch her colleuges name, she cut my son’s hair, which he likes much longer than I do, and it did not look like a mop like with the other stores I went to in the past.
