It was my 2nd time coming here. They helped me right away, probably because I was there when they opened at 9am. My problem was once the stylist lined me up, she wasn’t sure how to line up the forehead hair line. She just grabbed a comb and cut some hairs off. She then proceeded to tell me that she doesn’t do alot of line ups as an excuse. I asked her how she was going to fix it and she was uncertain. I had to tell her how to fix it. I had to go down to skin on my sides instead of 1 because she messed it up so bad. After that I just didn’t want her to touch my hair. Safe to say I will never revisit this salon.

You’d get a better haircut from a cracked out, drunk, blind, hobo then you will from this shop. They’ve fd up my hair more than a 3 year old with a pack of gum and some scissor, on more than one occasion. Probably the worst shop I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to some real shitholes.. the new management definitely has a lot to do with the poor excuse of a barber shop this place has turned into.

Even though it says no appointments necessary you still have to check in through their website. Which is fine. If you are not there at the time the website states you are moved the bottom of the list. Which I take to mean that it is an appointment we were about 5 minutes late and had to wait 2 + hours, when we checked in through the website the wait was an hour. I total feel that we are late we need to be put at the bottom of the list of the people that are there waiting, but not put after customers getting there after we have arrived and have checked it. Then we watched other customers walk in get there hair cut and leave. I was told that they go off the que on the board again that would be fine if the people that checked in after my son weren’t served before him. This is bad customer service. My son loves getting his hair cut here and there normally isn’t an issue. I understand they are busy, but again do not make customers wait if they are there before other customers. This is unacceptable and there should be no excuse for this. They just blame there system. If you have to go off of your computer system, that’s fine the systems needs to make sure that it’s not pushing back waiting customers. That are already in the shop. I don’t mind waiting but to spend well over 2 hours of my day off having to wait to get a teens hair cut is nuts. We got here at about noon and he was still sitting there waiting at 2:15..

My husband came in at 9:08 am. There were 2 stylist and 2 clients ahead of my husband. A third stylist came in then all 3 went to the back. He tried to address that the stylist. They said “give me your name and we’ll put you on the do not service list” one of the stylist went outside and got on her phone. That’s when after 56 minutes he walked out.

Went there for the first time since moving to the area, I had a barber back in Arizona that had been cutting my hair for the last 12 years exclusively so I was nervous going to a new place. Hannah was the one that cut my hair and I am blown away! She did my hair BETTER than my barber of 12 years! I absolutely 1000% recommend going to Sport Clips in Firestone, Co and see Hannah!
