My boyfriend went in here today. Worst experience at a sports clips ever! No hot towel, they didn’t trim his beard right, it’s all uneven and choppy… the app wouldnt let us check in and they refused to make appointments by phone. The stylists were making fun of the customers as they left… this entire place needs a lesson in professionalism! And on top of all that FORTY BUCKS and a mean mug as he left! Horrible place. 100% would give them zero stars if I could.

So I waked in to find out that the app glitches and I was late because it told me the wrong time, i tell the worker Nina I got a new job and I need a quick clean up, I told them I like the length on top and at the front but it was the sides and the back that were a little to long, she said that she could make it work. So I sat down in the chair and watched as she started trimming the sides and back. Everything going fine until she starts cutting the front, at first I was thinking it was fine because maybe it was a little to long but no, She cuts almost ally my hair off saying things like “I think it’ll look good”… it didn’t, it looked and still looks AWFUL. There for the first time, every child who came out of there looked great, and had a different haircut. Unlike many other places where you get the same hair no matter what you ask. All the stylists were very attentive and caring to their customers. I will definitely be going back. No more resorting to moppy home cuts for my child!
