Walked in the door and wasn’t even acknowledged. There were 2 people cutting hair at the time. Sat there for 10mins before a girl walked in from the back and came to the register. Still no greeting or anything Saud to me. She walked away and I sat there for another 10mins before she returned to the register and complained about being bored and had nothing to do. I said “well you could cut my hair if you’re bored”. She asked who I was waiting for. Meanwhile my name and the stylist who is cutting my hair is on the TV screen right next to her. It’s now been at least 25 mins since I walked in and still no hair cut. She realized she was the one that was supposed to be cutting my hair. I will not be returning to Spirts Clips due to Terrible customer service. A simple hello goes a long way.
