This was my first trip to a Sports Clips. I was very impressed with my overall experience. My wait time was only a couple of minutes. The entire staff was very friendly and my cut was done very good. And they have a lot of little extras from shoulder massages to hot towels. They also have online schedule and check in.

When I was a kid they gave me and my friend a bowl cut, screamed at my mother and then kicked us out for disliking that they put bowls on our heads and cut our hair. Now this was a REALLY long time ago, but I will never trust them because of that. And the wounds are still there. 3/5 to be fair to the passage of time.

Response to owner: I don’t think you understand the concept of appointments, which is concerning for a largely appointment-based business. You trying to compare this to a restaurant reservation doesn’t make any sense, because no sane person would wait 30 minutes to an hour beyond the time they made the reservation for. Why even make a reservation at that point? I showed up 5 minutes before my appointments recommended time of arrival and was then told to wait an extra 30 when it was actually time for the appointment. Waiting a couple of minutes for a stylist to finish up is one thing, it’s different when you straight up bumped every single person on the list back 30 minutes to an hour just because someone walked in without an appointment, and that’s unacceptable. Literally the point of an appointment is to prevent things like this from happening! I’ve used the app for many other locations and never run into this issue before, because they actually know how to honor appointments.
