Absolutely awful! My son’s hair was so bad he didn’t even want to go to school. The manager was absolutely useless when I complained. First, She claims she saw him walk out and it looked fine, then, she said “it’s an easy fix.” If it’s so easy why wasn’t it fixed while he was sitting there. Then she proceeds to tell me she has 4 boys… I’m not exactly sure why since I wasn’t there to talk about her kids hair but maybe she lets them walk around with their heads looking like my sons butchered head. She refused to look at the pictures. And the “easy fix” wasn’t so easy, as his hair was taken so far above his hair line and shaved so far back behind his ears that he has to let it grow in some. Completely unprofessional and under trained staff on all aspects.

Do NOT bring your baby here! The adults walking out looked fine, although it was only a quick glance. I specifically asked for my sons hair to be shortened on the side but kept long up top, and then showed her that collage with the little blonde boys. You can clearly see that my son did have a lot of hair, and had she listened to my request he could have easily had hair like the boys in that collage. Unfortunately she butchered my son.

Pricey – update added 3/10/21: Just adding that it took 2 years to get a zinger of a response from the owner. I’ll add a bit more to my original since they wanted to let me know their talented team is pricey. I think the haircut was average and for the price it was below average. No offense to your highly paid staff, but I think I was paying for the cool look of the place. I can get a better cut at Great Clips for 1/3 of the price. Start giving away some free beer while I get the cut and we can talk.

Today was the first time I took my son here to get his hair cut. We usually go somewhere else, but they close at 6 and we were not going to make it. The atmosphere is fun with a waiting area with seats like you are in a stadium. Big TV too. When I walked in I didn’t have much faith that my son would get a nice cut because all the girls look young like they just finished getting their license. I was pleasantly surprised how nice his cut turned out and the other men and boys that left the shop while I was there looked good too.

I took my son here for the first time and wont be returning. There haircut simply sucks. No proper fade… in fact it look as if they never even heard of a fade. I took him somewhere else to get if fixed. The barber was also very impatient with a 5 year old even when I asked about it beforehand. I’ll stick with an old school barber going forward and skip the convenience of a chain.

Don’t bother using the check in ahead feature on their app if there’s a wait and you can’t get there within 30 mins. They just kick you out of the system and make you wait as if you didn’t check in. THAT WOULD BE NICE TO KNOW, SO I FIGURED I’D MAKE IT CLEAR SO NOBODY ELSE WASTES THEIR TIME.
