I never write bad reviews. Ever. But when you are next up and you sit there while 6 stylists hang out at the register while one person tries to check out for 20 minutes and not one person tells you what is going on its just horrible customer service. Knowing the turnover at these places it won’t matter but I will never go back to this location. Better safe than sorry. Maybe the manager was out today but it seemed like nobody knew how the register worked.

I was very nervous about getting my hair cut but still wanting it long enough to wear up daily. JP did a excellent job and listening to what I was looking to get done. I’m not one to complain but went in for a buzz cut and that’s it. Upfront I told them I didn’t want or need anything else. After the third time of mentioning that I didn’t care for anything else the person just trying to upsale me service’s it’s been a good 3 minutes and still haven’t started the haircut. The stylist just badgered me about how great the MVP service is and I would really like it…. I didn’t come in there for anything except a buzz cut how hard is that to understand. After the 10-11th time of no, I got up and politely excused myself and left. At some point staff needs to recognize the point of service. Training is not just selling your services but to take care of your client needs.

Visited the Fairfield township store on 11-15-22. Sharrell cut my sons hair and it was the best haircut ever. I joked saying he went in looking like a boy and came out looking like a man. LOL Sharrell talked to my son, and took time to blend his hair and make sure everything looked spot on. To impress a 14 year old young man is hard and she knocked it out of the park.
