this is a 10/5. Elaina is outstanding. I had a brain injury 4 years ago. I have a scar on the right side of my head that is EXTREMELY sensitive to touch and for it to come in contact with things. Elaina understood that, took her time to precisely trim around it and on it. Usually when I tell a barber they say “ok” but they don’t really care like I’m just another customer, one time someone cut my scar because they just don’t care. Elaina didn’t do that and actually cared and made me feel comfortable instead of scared of the pain. 10/5 recommend Elaina to anyone. She’s very careful and does a great haircut! I got in the car and my Mom said “this is one of the best haircuts you’ve had. She did a great job”

Christina was very unprofessional. My son and I were sitting in there waiting for 20 minutes and were the first in line for first available when someone who came after and was in line after us was welcomed in and was taken for the haircut. And then she throws in this play about him being on the list and being taken off the list by mistake. She did not even acknowledge or presence. Very pleasant every time I go in. I’ve been going to sports clips for years and this location doesn’t let me down. Wait times are usually pretty reasonable and the cuts are great. I would definitely recommend at least getting a triple play when you go in. The hair wash and hot towel are what keeps me coming back again and again.
