You can’t make an appointment or put name on waitlist over the phone, you have to sign up for an account and give them your email and phone number. After you set up an account online you have in order to add your name to their waitlist online. So if your driving, busy or trying to get your kids or husband on the waitlist it’s a huge inconvenience. You can walk in and put your name in list and avoid all that but if you live 30 min away and so t want to sit and wait 88min that makes it hard. I won’t go here it’s for my husband the salon I go to takes appointments and takes them over the phone without hesitation or needing my email or an account set up.

The staff does a great job of keeping the location clean, and the majority of them there that I have talked to are avid sports nuts, which makes it fun to be a guy and go get a haircut when your stylist knows more about the NHL lineup than you do. Beware of this place. I went in for a simple trim and the woman I got told me there was a special promotion going on where their MVP treatment was free. All I wanted was a trim, just to reshape the sides of my head and check the longer parts for damage and split ends. Simple stuff. But she rolled me through the MVP process under the pretense of this alleged promotion then charged me for it on the way out. Classic bait and switch tactic. I’ll never go back and now you all have been warned.

Don’t trust the app. Checked in, showed up 88 minutes later at the time of my suggested check in. I wasn’t on the screen, so I talked to the person behind the counter. Showed her my check in and was told “I’m sorry were having issues with our online check in. If you want I can put your name in.” I wasn’t waiting :45 more minutes. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their loss, I get my haircut every 3 weeks and tip well.

With any hair place where staff come and go, a good haircut can be hit or miss. However the last few times I have been here I have been happy with my haircuts. I am not sure if the same manager is there but she consistently gives a good haircut. They have convenient hours and there typically is not a long wait.
