Not impressed during first visit. Wait time longer than expected and rushed through haircut. Maybe consider cutting back on the extra services and put more focus on the main reason for the appointment. Stylist was generally friendly but not very thorough. Didn’t offer mirror to check back of head. Fortunately, it was okay after checking at home. Not likely to return unless desperate for a haircut and there’s nowhere else to go. Lastly, the cost was actually higher than my usual independent stylist who was unavailable during the holidays. Two stars for convenience of time and location, nothing else.

My Husband is SUPER picky about how his hair is cut and styled. We went to sports clips to try it out and had Becca for our stylist. She was excellent super professional and very nice!! Most Importantly my husband loved the way she cut and styled his hair and beard!! He said no one but Becca is ever cutting my hair again! Thank you Becca we will be back!!

Worst experience ever. Came on Saturday 515 pm . They close at 6pm here in Erie, Pa . Peach street location. The 2 stylist were busy , so one had me sign in etc . So we’re waiting to be called; nothing but rude remarks I can hear from her , as she was cleaning here area . Then a family walks in at 530 , and the same stylist just went off on the family saying things like well we close in a half hour you guys will have to wait here locked in etc. immediately I felt uncomfortable.. so we’re still waiting for us to be called , the same stylist grabs the broom and starts sweeping ? Right in front us, all the dust and hair was blowing directly into our face .. and This is just the beginning of this horrible experience!!! Finally we got called in, it was about 535 pm . She (the stylist) was nothing but rude asking info regarding my sons hair style .. I was ready to walk out , but bit my tongue and continued to try to be civil in the situation. We agreed on using the buzzers and then to finish of with scissors. 10 min later we were done . He looked good , went to pay and mind you this stylist has a attitude the entire time , I was sitting and observing.. she charged me 28 for the hair cut , it was for my son who’s 10 years old . I couldn’t believe it . Still kept my mouth shut and paid , even tipped her!! Got in the car and my son broke into tears!!! Explaining how she was treating him… etc . I’ll be calling in and making a verbal complaint also.
