Called them and asked if there was a wait. The lady told me there was no wait so I go there and get checked in less than 10 minutes after I called. Then I waited over 25 minutes as 2/4 of the stylists that I could see actually cut hair so I left. They obviously weren’t in a hurry to get to the four other customers waiting in line.

First time at this Sports Clips, would not recommend. Expensive and I was the only person waiting for over 45 minutes. There were only 2 barbers available and they take whoever is checks in online first apparently. I think it should be the other way around. Then when i finally got in the chair the haircut took another 30 minutes. So almost an hour and a half which is way to long for a simple high fade. Not impressed with customer service
