This place is great. Sure, they’re not “licensed barbers” but they give you the haircut you describe. They’re quick and offer online check-in which if you utilize, helps you get in quicker. You have the capability to wait for a specific barber if you’d like as well. Nice prices and they offer military discount. You can get a massage for more as well. Would recommend.

I had a truly awsome experience, loved my haircut. Had the pleasure of working with Jordan, she and the rest of the staff were really fun and engaging while still being professional. The only negative was a guy barging in swearing berating the staff because he couldn’t figure out how to use his phone. And when he relized he was wrong called everyone else liars. Jordan handled him professionally with plenty of options on how to go about using the checkin system (which works very well cleary)…people coming in need not worry just be mindful of your timing show up maybe 5 minutes early is my advice in cases other customers don’t show up for thier appointment. Jordan was champion, the other staff members as well. Will definitely be coming back!

It would be nice to get a haircut when a business is still open. 3:42. Yes I understand they close at 4. I did not show up at 4 and the doors were locked. They are open and people are getting their haircut. I was told they were at capacity. Not a busy scene inside. No people sitting in chairs waiting. I walked in, no I did not book online…. yes I was asked if I did. Soooooo. I am still a paying customer showing up during business hours. Also within two minutes of me walking out of the store and getting in my car. That would make it 3:44 with me getting in the chair to cut a cut. Also a young man was leaving the store with his fresh haircut. That would lead me to believe there is a vacant seat…correct? No one else was in the store waiting to get a haircut or entered the store since I left and sat in my car. Thank you Sport Clips for the help with the haircut on my Saturday…while you are still open.

Store does not offer the veterans day free haircut. I would recommend stating that in the app instead of having customers that have been on the waiting list show up to see a sign on the door. And then to top it off… one of the questions asked at checkout is whether or not I want to donate to veterans. I wonder where that money is going, because it’s not going to the free haircut fund. Great clips in Elk River however does offer free haircut cards or a free haircut for today. 18 stores in the state under same ownership do not offer veterans Day free haircut!
