There are a few good hair stylist at this location but there are a lot of issues with this location. I definitely preferred the other Sport Clip locations in the area but unfortunately they closed down so I had to come back to this location. I think the difference in quality of service is mostly due to the owner of this franchise location compared to the other location and I believe the other locations closed due to their location so they did not get many customers. This location took several months to fix their credit card issue and there is no consistency in quality hair stylist and how they price certain things. I’ve taken my daughter to several Sport’s Clips when I get a haircut to upkeep her small short patch of hair on back of her neck and I’m usually only charged $5 at every location including this one for my daughter’s trim. My daughter and her two male cousins went to get haircuts at this location but my wife took them instead. They charged my wife 2 MVPs for the male cousins and a $30 Varsity haircut for a quick neck trim. I don’t know if they’re lucky that my wife went and didn’t check the receipt because based on their response when my wife called to inquire about the charge, I would have been very vocal at the store. I hope the Stylist and manager working the weekend enjoyed charging so much for a quick trim and stating that’s how they always charge these trims because I know that’s completely false. If this is how they treat customers who just spent $100 at their location then I will never come back to this location which is unfortunate to the good hairstylists working here.

I went for the haircut. This place is very expensive. Charged $30 but hair cut was not good. At the time of billing charge, you have to pay a tip. Without paying tip system not goes to next step. I will not recommend this place for adult hair cut.

I went for a haircut, wanting the usual MVP. She was the only stylist working. My hair was not cut the way I normally had it, taking too little off the top, and with her being the only worker and a developed line of 3 other customers, I felt obligated to accept it. Only as I put on my coat, did she ask if I wanted the MVP, but never asked before or checked my history, so again, I felt obligated to say it was fine. I wanted to use my birthday discount, but she was only able to put $3 off (not sure if that’s the new discount), and it froze the computer. I told her I would be fine to just pay full price, but she was persistent to get the discount, which ended up with me late for my shift. Normally pleased with the service, but this discourages me from wanting to come back.
