Definitely gonna be the last time I go Here to get a haircut. First time I have been here around closing time. I used my normal stylist this time and she seemed to be in a rush to get done with my haircut instead of cutting it properly also before my haircut after I had already been waiting an hour, she decided to take a break and leave me waiting for another 20 minutes. And now I have to go home and go over it to make sure I don’t have random hair sticking up because she was in a rush and didn’t feel like going over again.

I went in, and normally have a decent experience. With a detailed oriented stylist, but this time I go in for a haircut and a beard trim. And I’m just overall extremely unimpressed with the cut, I feel like I could’ve done better on my own. It felt like a complete waste of money and that it was done by a complete novice. I’m new-ish to the area was in a hurry due to a last minute “you need to look good tomorrow” task. I went to another “chain haircut location” where they proceeded to butcher my hair. I immediately came to this Sport Clips location and asked if they could “fix” this monstrosity. Christina took care of me right away; asking me questions and deliberating on how to sort it out. She was amazing! A++ service and I will continue to come see her! Thanks for saving this train wreck!

Got a text that I was up in less than 15 minutes. Went straight there (5 minutes). Waited 45 minutes and still had people ahead of me so I left. Got the text I was “on deck” more than an hour after the 15 minute text. And the music was trash.
