They’re online-only appointment system is convenient and effective, but needs a couple of changes to be more efficient. How about allowing the customer to schedule specific services online so the employees know what to expect when the customer arrives? The employees here are competent speedy barbers otherwise.

What has happened to this location? I have waited three weeks to get in. Only to discover most stylists have left. Mine today barely spoke to me. Offered no shampoo or MVP. And seemed more interested in getting done with me and out of his chair. Hairstyling

Took a 10 year old to get his cut today. He was in the stylist chair for nearly 2 hours..by the time his shampoo was done he was beyond done with the experience and did not want to sit back down for her but she insisted and wanted to go through his cut again for touch ups and then wanted to talk about style even though he was clearly done and said he didn’t want it. She kept saying she loves cutting hair and that’s why it was taking so long..which I get but why is she dragging this out with a kid for her enjoyment? That was like torture to him.. It was extremely uncomfortable bc at the end after cut was done I kept saying things like “oh that looks great, i think hes done” and she just didn’t get that I was asking her to wrap it up bc he was pleading for help through his eyes. His brother was in and out in 15-20 minutes. I don’t understand why the other went on for SO SO LONG. The haircut started around 4:30/4:45 and we did get done and out until after 6:30 and of course we checked out after the 1st cut was done so there likely won’t be record of how long it actually took.

Here’s the back of my sweet husbands head. What a horrible horrible cut. I’m going to have to take him elsewhere to get this fixed up. This was taken 5 minutes after he left your shop. Signing in online for a particular stylist is useless. I waited for an hour past the recommended arrival time and that was after an hour and a half wait at home. Filled out a survey and got a super aggressive phone call asking why I rated them a 7 out of 10!!! Bad move. You just lost a customer.

This is the fifth time I’ve come here when it says it’s open yet they are constantly closed. And when they are open it’s usually a two to three hour wait. Good thing you have multiple competitors in town. Lost my business.

Vaughn is the best he has never let me down. He used to live in my hometown. I now drive an hour for him to cut my hair and trim my beard.
