Clearly they have been impacted by low staffing. That’s across the board so understandable. What’s ridiculous is when I check in from home as they constantly ask and they say my time is 11:06. When I arrive at 11 I am 4th in line with an estimated wait time of 40 minutes. Either it’s first come/first served or I check in and reserve the time assigned so I know when I show up, I get my haircut. But they apparently allow both which negates checking in online. Newer location and lots of the equipment is broken. Poor attitudes with the staff that is on site, but probably due to short staffing.

My son went in for his back to school haircut. I specifically asked Rhonda to keep one of his cowlicks longer because we are growing it out so it will lay flat. She chopped it. My son said he never wants to go back (we usually go every time he get a a haircut) because she was awful, yanked his head and complained. We paid for a MVP. She didn’t even brush his hair. We walked out with wet butchered hair that still had conditioner in it! Way to make a kid feel good about himself the day before school starts. Do not recommend at all!

Worst haircut I’ve ever had. I asked for 1/4 inch to be cut off and the barber Sabra said ok. The next thing she cut almost 2 inches of hair off the side of my head. My hair is fine and needs the weight to lay down my hair is sticking up like a porcupine all over my head. I had to buy a gel product just to keep it from sticking out. How does a business operate and stay open with 2 employees. Long waits and poor haircuts will close this place for sure. It will take St least 6 months for my hair to get to a point that I can come it.. I will never come in that store again.

Sports Clips has been cutting my hair for 5 years. I just moved to FL and found this location. I made my appointment online and drove up. I was greeted with a friendly hello. The store was very clean. I made my appointment with Shanekqua. She was very polite, friendly, and professional. I told her exactly what I wanted and she delivered. She does a great fade. She also took care of my beard, trimming it and lining it up. The other stylists were working with their clients and they were all very friendly and engaging with their customers talking about many different things. The only downside I have about Sports Clips is the pricing of their hair products. So over priced. Definitely visit this location and make sure you register online. I was told they may be busy and securing your reservation online allows you to hold your place and you can show up and be seen before the walk-ins.
