They were not open according to their online hours or the sign on their door. The online check-in is a joke. Tried to check-in online. Took 20 minutes to get thru and it was a 7 hour wait. Decent haircuts but the business seems to be understaffed for the demand. It was a good run but I will be using another business going forward.

Nearly impossible to get in. They don’t take appointments, check-in. On-line only. Opened at 9 booked for the day by 10. Even when your appointment comes up, garenteed to wait an additional 20-30 minutes. You can tell the staff is equally annoyed as I am just by their tone. Not worth the headache or your time. This location just has the nicest hair stylists. They have very long waits due to understaffing and demand but this can all be avoided if you use the online SportClips app. I recommend using this app because if you check in you are guaranteed to be seen that day before they close. The MVP haircut is a couple extra $s but the hair wash and head massage is worth it.

The service and quality are great here. The staff is always friendly. They are usually quite busy, so I highly recommend using the online check in feature to minimize your wait time for a great hair cut. They also raised the cost of a hair cut $2 across the board, so this now costs as much, if not more, than a full service salon for a guys hair cut. I still would recommend this place.
