The last time I went in for a haircut and beard trim here I asked for a simple hair cut, with a 1 on the sides, finger length on top and a high fade with the bangs just alittle bit longer. The hair was fixable after I left. Very uneven, missed a few spots, I can deal with that but it was still an awful cut. But the BIG issue was the beard trim! I asked just for the sides to be trimed and faded into my hairline but instead it was unevenly cut my sides, fade was extremely uneven almost an inch difference per side and I said I didn’t want any length at all cut off and they cut six inches off the length of my beard. The lady stood right in front of me so I couldn’t see what she was doing. There was a big gap right in the middle of beard and none of the hair around my beard like around the edges or under were trimmed or cut at all. And the under or back side was even longer then my beard because she cut off so much length, that I didn’t want at all! It was so disappointing and decorating… just horrible!! And on top of that I had to pay $55+ tip. Never again.

This is an awful business with terrible leadership, from the very top down. Horribly managed company. Uses pandemic (still 2 years later!!)as an excuse for poor customer service, canceling your online check-in minutes beforehand after waiting 422 minutes and scheduling your entire day around it. This place should just give up and close their doors.

Very busy place. Big tip, use their app to schedule your appointment. By 10:10 they’re usually already booked to the afternoon. They’re booked up for a reason. I’ve never had a bad cut there and if you have time the MVP service is great.

Was there wednesday. Usually go to the mall location figured I’d try this one since it’s closer to my home. Girl was nice but states that was the better location to go to and got home and realized she missed a chunk of Hair that was about an Half an inch to an inch longer then the rest of my hair. Was able to fix it myself. Rest of the experience was as usual and just fine. Not opposed to returning, stuff happens.

We have been to many different locations in Duluth and this was our first time here. We wont be back. I have a 12 and 9 year old. My 12 year old son who has special needs. His hairstylist has had no experience with working someone with him to no fault of her own. However I was disturbed with the fact she wouldnt speak directly to him and ask for the task she needs from him to complete his hair cut. She read his profile 2 on the sides and finger length on top with a harsh part to confirm my expectation.He ended up looking like a 2 all over with no part. She didn’t finish his haircut with product either. Due to his age I paid more for him.My 9 year old same cut different stylist was given the great service the exact cut we asked for and styled with product. And his was less expensive. As someone who worked behind the chair for multiple years . This was not the inability to do hair but just someone who was in a hurry didnt want to take the extra 5-10mins and wanting to get to the next client. Unfortunate this why salons get the reputation as a chop shop.
