Stylist was so nice, place was clean, You can check in electronically on PC, They have good big screen TVs. One thing I did not like was, I had to wait longer than I expected and their computer’s expected wait time, only 2 stylists were on duty, on Friday morning. It was working day, but I don’t hesitate to go back, Stylist was really nice and courteous.

First time to sports clips and I’m more then impressed. Emily was my stylist and did a great job and 100% professional. When I first went in I was expecting a quick hair cut ; not the case. It was more of a spa and high end hair cut experience. It makes a big difference when your stylist care about you and your hair cut. Emily certainly did just that. I will return and am again very pleased !

Didn’t know how much she cut until she asked me to check it out. I told her it was more than I wanted cut off. They do a great job of keeping health precautions and cutting hair with masks on. I wish they were more consistent with their stylists’ notes in their system, but telling them how I like my hair styles is not a huge deal.

Online check in stated 23 minutes. We arrived at the 20 minute mark. Our name was the only one on the board. One gentleman walked back as we were walking in for his haircut. Emily finished with her client 5 minutes later then proceeded to disappear into the back room. We waited an additional 25 minutes before the other girl walked to the back and got Emily. Not a word was said to us. Emily proceeded to not apologize for our wait but instead said she had to make phone calls because she didn’t know how she was getting home from work. I’ve only been to this location once but I had a great experience and a recieved a great cut. The only thing that didnt go my way was I couldn’t use my season ticket purchased at a different location, but it wasn’t I big deal. I understand how franchising works. Just be aware that a season ticket from Britton Pkwy will not work here. Still 5 starts though as the slight issue was out of the stylists control.
