My experience was I use the app it told me 10 minutes I get to the store Nobody acknowledged me or said hello to me and I don’t believe anybody ever checked me in and so that when it came time and I was on deck It bumped me off and put me to 23 minutes so I asked the woman why that happened cause she saw me waiting there and she tried saying something about other people online that were ahead of me and I explained that I signed up online. Not to mention the woman was rude to me about it as if I was the one with an attitude. I refuse to give places like this my hard earned money.

Always reliable for a nice haircut but today I went in and some new lady cut my hair and was asking about my ticket like “oh so it says u use a 6? How about we just use a 4” like no just do what it says so I can leave. Then after trimming my sides she’s havin me look it over like she’s done I’m like “well yeah but u didn’t get the top at all. I need the top shorter.” Which ig was confusing to her cuz she then asked if I meant I wanted my sides shorter. Then as I’m getting ready for bed I realize she didn’t trim my side burns at all so I had to try and trim them myself at home. Pretty upset about that and about how she didn’t seem to understand to just follow the ticket, however everyone else there is very dependable 🙂

Went here several times. This was the worst experience. My son’s haircut turned out bad, I could have done it. The stylist was unfriendly and complained the whole time about wearing masks. The stylist collectively were making fun of another stylist for wearing see through leggings with no underwear. So very unprofessional and my 14 year old son did not want to hear or see that. Someone needs to talk to that group of ladies that are there today!!

33 years old and that was the worst haircut of my entire life. Jill couldn’t seem less interested in having someone in her chair. I was in n out in less than 10 mins. She didn’t even bother to line up the left side of my head. And then when I asked her if she did, she lied and said yes. VERY dissatisfied.

Always love this place. No matter which stylist takes me back for a cut I’m always confident I’ll come out looking great with a very clean cut. Ask about a punch card and use it for a cheap haircut on your 6th visit. They also have a great first time costumer deal. I’d definitely recommend you research online into checking in online, because without it the waits can be pretty long during peak hours. The place is super clean and the staff is very friendly.

Tried this location out since I moved further south. Checked in online (42min wait at the time), got there right as it said “Batter Up” meaning I’m allegedly next. I signed in, screen says I’m next. Two people go in front of me that still had wait times. A guy comes in just waiting a neck trim and skip the line. The staff almost accommodated him, but ended up not (a good thing since the people inside have now been waiting a long time). So now it’s 30min since my “Batter Up” text, I get booted out of the system, and the staff calls the person that was behind me. I walked out.

I had a great experience today with this business! This was my 1st time visiting a sports clips and I will be back. It was 7:40 p.m. when I went in there and there were 4 people ahead of me. I was overdue for a haircut and with them closing at 8 o’clock it was clear I would not be sat before closing time. Without question they told me to still sign in and stayed 30 minutes late to help me out. The business was clean, all of the staff was personable and I was happy with the results of the cut! Thanks girls!!
