The hair stylist screwed up my 2 year old sons hair. I typically cut his hair but I did not have time to find my shears to do so. He’s so well behaved (and both stylists commented how well behaved and still he was, so I know this wasn’t the issue). My husband took him to get his hair cut @ Draper and told her we wanted a trim with shears and I guess she told my husband that she’s faster with the clippers and honestly as soon as she said that he should’ve walked out. I took him back the next day because the blending was so awful. She was nice, but seemed to be in a hurry and seemed to not know how to use shears. Based on how she was cutting I just cut my losses (ha no pun intended) and said it was better and left completely unsatisfied.

Facility is fine, check in procedure is automated. First time here had Heidi cut my hair. Unfortunately she did not listen to what I wanted and went FAST & too short. If you only have 3 minutes and want to leave with no hair- Heidi does that automatically.

I enjoyed having a haircut here. The shop had a lot of tvs showing football and the environment is completely sport themed (the hair cutting supplies are in lockers). This was a cool place to get my hair cut. The barber was very good and very professional. I’d get my hair cut here again. Haircut

Disappointing haircut. I showed photos to the stylist and talked to them about what I wanted my hair to look like since I am in the process of changing hairstyles. I didn’t realize that they weren’t doing what I had asked for until she had already taken my hair too short. She could have just asked me clarifying questions while cutting my hair instead of rushing through the haircut without saying anything.

They always advertise “free neck trims” between cuts so I tried that out today. I was told I would have to check in online and wait over an hour…That’s a haircut. Sorry Sport Clips I’m not coming back if you can’t figure out how to provide a 1 minute service in less than an hour.
