The advanced check-in option through the app worked perfectly, and my wait was less than a minute once I arrived and entered the store. The stylist (Christina) was very friendly, took her time to ask questions and understand exactly how I’d like my hair cut and what services I’d like. Tip: If you haven’t done the MVP service, you owe it to yourself.The store is very compliant with Covid guidelines, which can be really challenging in a personal services business like this. This is a new location and was my first visit. The advanced check-in option through the app worked perfectly, and my wait was less than a minute once I arrived and entered the store. The stylist (Christina) was very friendly, took her time to ask questions and understand exactly how I’d like my hair cut and what services I’d like. Tip: If you haven’t done the MVP service, you owe it to yourself.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI needed a haircut before visiting my daughter for Christmas and procrastinated until the last minute. This is a new SportsClips store that opened near my home, but I had not tried it yet, so I had no idea of the quality of haircut I would receive. I ventured inside and was pleasantly surprised that I did not have to wait long before being seated for my haircut even though I was a walk-in. Christina cut my hair and gave me the MVP treatment (hot steamed towel for my face and a massaging shampoo followed by a neck and shoulder massage), which was exceptional! The haircut was fantastic even though my hair has some very challenging cowlicks. Normally, I would get my hair cut a week before going to a social function so it doesn’t have that just-cut look, but this haircut didn’t suffer from that appearance. It looked great leaving the store. In addition, the MVP experience made me feel like a million bucks as a bonus. Thanks again Christina for your attention to detail and professionalism. I needed a haircut before visiting my daughter for Christmas and procrastinated until the last minute. This is a new SportsClips store that opened near my home, but I had not tried it yet, so I had no idea of the quality of haircut I would receive.
