Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI don’t normally do this with the service industry but I have to due to how unprofessional my experience was; so bad that I had to walk out. I checked in online and showed a 25 minute expected wait time. I arrived at around the 25 min time and then received a 15 minute warning shortly after…no big deal, they ran a bit late. There were 3 employees with full chairs and one individual waiting. Usually I receive a “Welcome” , but today that was not the case, I assume from being busy. Within 10 minutes I saw my wait time drop to 2 minutes. When I looked back up a few minutes later it jumped to 30 minutes. I thought maybe because it hit 0 it cycled back. Shortly after, 2 stylists finished about the same time. One started cleaning her station and the other checked out the two customers then took the individual waiting to her chair. The second stylist finished cleaning her station and went to the back. I waited another 5 minutes and the third stylist finished with her client, checked him out, cleaned and went to the back. I sat for 5 minutes. No one said a word to me throughout the entire time I was there, not even to say that they’d be with me in a few minutes or that their shift was over so I had to wait for the other person to finish with the client that she just started with.This was a complete waste of my time…time that I value and am rethinking my decision to ever use this establishment again with how off putting each person was…ignoring me the entire time.I don’t normally do this with the service industry but I have to due to how unprofessional my experience was; so bad that I had to walk out. Extremely rude and disrespectful, and acted as if I were interrupting her day. Huffed and puffed the entire time and saw her roll her eyes in the mirror more than once when I had to adjust my mask because it was falling off my ears while she was doing the hair cut.NOT worth your money. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI took my son in this evening for a much needed haircut. It had been a while since his last cut so his hair was quite wild. Ali was his stylist tonight and she did an amazing job. She was so super patient and sweet. I could hear them talking while she was doing his cut. I will definitely be taking him back to see her.Service: Hairstyling

I ask them if I’m still going to be helped and they say they will get to me as soon as they can. The short haired lady seemed really rude and could care less that I was told 15. Just could have been handled differently.
