Got here this morning and checked in ahead of time on the computer. I chose the time with the shortest amount of wait which said 16 minute. Well it was well OVER 16 minutes. Me and my husband Watched SHELLIE cut one customers hair which was a basic fade for a hour. After he left . She dropped my husbands name off her list as if we wasn’t there. Then she runs to the back to do other things before even trying to look our way. Mind you they were slow. She DOES NOT resolve the issue she proceeds with putting another customer who just walked in before him. Very unprofessional.

Took my son there to get a hair cut and when I checked him in it said 1hr 14min. We checked in and sat there in front of the desk for an entire hour. It got down to 20 min before he was on deck and then all the sudden jumped back up to a hour wait. I was told that it was because someone below us skipped in front of us because we weren’t there. However, we had been sitting there already for over an hour. Very frustrating considering I made my five year old sit there and wait for that long.

Normally I get my hair cut here and it’s good but Upon arrival today I was informed I had been dropped off the wait list even though I was still within my time limit. I asked about what had happened and I was answered with attitude and told incorrect information as to the wait time by a hair stylist I have never seen. I asked if I could be added back and instead of making things right she put me at the back of the list and gave me attitude yet again when explaining what she did. I kindly asked to be removed from the list respectfully and left.

Very unprofessional staff. I have been twice. Bad experience on the first time. Decided to give it a 2nd chance in good spirits. Nope….was even worse. This place is 100% unprofessional. Out loud verbal profanity constantly during my visit. Literally OUT LOUD by several staff members. Salon gossip about previous customers. Making fun of customer character. Unacceptable behavior. The woman cutting my hair literally called the previous clients before me an “A-hole”. We all know what that means. I won’t say her name so she can keep her job. I have been to SportClips all over the country due to my business travels. Never once have I had a bad experience. This one get’s an “F-” and management needs to clean house. Bad attitude. Ban manners. Name calling. Negative gossip about other people. Very unprofessional. I will NEVER return.

Love the D’Iberville location! I came in with a busted haircut today and Samantha S. did an amazing job and was very enjoyable to have cut my hair! I normally see Tiara at this location who is always excellent and I love her haircuts, but she was unavailable today. It was nice to get another Amazing stylist with amazing results! I will keep coming back to this location two either one of these ladies! This location is always friendly, upbeat, and enthusiastic compared to other locations in the area!

This would have been my third time to have had my hair cut here, but after a two hour wait I had to walk out. I can understand wanting to give a benefit of going online to checkin but no one should ever have to wait two hours to get waited on. I watched the stylist cut a person hair and then go to the back for a break or use their phone. Come out and cut another one and take a break. I want to make sure everyone who reads this understands, the cut is the best I’ve ever had, the extras like shampoo, hot towels and massage are outstanding. But to sit there for two hours and watch other people come in and get into a chair right away is not worth it. I won’t be back.

Terrible, stylus were not attentive, would take breaks after every cut even though there was multiple people waiting, they were more concerned with the police outside than finishing clients haircut. My beards was cut in half and lopsided.
