If you check-in on the app, your wait is shorter. Otherwise your best bet is to swing by during “off” times like the middle of the work day if you don’t want to wait over an hour for a cut.

I had ten years of great service. That all ended today. The check-in app has never worked for me. I accept that and just sign in when I get there. Today they were busy, so I selected “First available” and waited. And waited. For more than an hour and thirty minutes, I waited! Then I overheard a conversation at the cash register during which one employee told the other, “I am going to bypass those who just came in to get the ones who checked in.” I approached the counter where an employee asked me if I checked in. I told her “I have tried but I can’t get it to work”. She asked if I wanted to wait and I told her “no, forget it, I can be ignored lots of other places for less than $35.00”. I went next door, ordered dinner to take home. On the way, I received a text that said “You’re on deck. Your stylist is 15 minutes away from being ready for you’. I DID NOT SELECT A STYLIST, I WAS NOT ON THE CHECK-IN APP, AND I DID NOT RETURN. I WILL NOT RETURN! This store used to take care of its customers. I will not be among them.

I visited Sport Clips with my boyfriend and decided that I might as well trim my hair while I was there. The beginning was a little rough due to technical difficulties with their check-in system, but the staff was more than helpful while it was going on. Anyway, not only did my boyfriend’s hairstylist do great, mine did INCREDIBLE. If you are looking for a wonderful hairstylist, Bailey is the way to go! She truly does take the time to make you look your best.

You shaved my sons hair off completely. He walked in with a full head of hair, about 3-4 inches long on top obviously cut with scissors. He walked out with a buzz cut, no hair at all! Obviously he doesn’t do buzz cuts the sides are buzzed not the top. This was obvious!!!!!! Worst experience ever. This wasn’t his first time there either. He’s been there about every month and always comes out with it correct, NOT BUZZED.

Love the ability to “Sign in/schedule an appointment online” and will receive text messages on my status. I’ve been to a Wichita and Derby location. Great Service and stylists. A little pricey- BUT hey, what a way to treat myself once a month. Hair cut, wash, condition, hot towel on the face while sitting in a massage chair, a massage once I get back to the stylist chair and styling once done.
