Worst experience!!!! If I could give zero stars I would!! Cut and gave razor burn on the back of my sons neck! My son is 6 years old and kept telling her it hurt, and she kept doing it harder and said to “stay still”. We now have to put ointment on it due to it being so bad and still hurts 6 hours later! The lady who asked my husband to check my son in had the worst attitude! If you hate your job so bad get a different job!!!!

I’m sorry to say I quit going there. I really did enjoy going but had a not so nice experience there with one of the stylists. She was short and gruff to everyone. Even her coworkers. She was of Mexican heritage and I believe the manager. I can put up with a bad hair cut once in a while. Rudeness not a all. So I went just down a few stores and going there now.

Price keeps going up, $21 now for a basic men’s haircut, no MVP package and I got a rookie stylist. Another stylist stepped in just to make sure it was done right. Wasn’t sure if she even had her license to cut hair. Did not see a license at her station. Also if you are going to call your company Sport Clips don’t you think you should have a variety of sports on your TVs, not just playing one channel on all the TVs? And the HDTVs, all flat panel, HD capable but all running in 480p standard definition. Huh? You all can’t afford basic HD cable in time when we have 8K HDTVs!? You’re charging $21 for a basic haircut and $17 for youth/elderly cuts and can’t afford a Sport experience!? The only reason this place is getting 2 stars is because the stylists were polite. Bad form Sport Clips!
