The older lady always messes up my haircut… One day, I called back to the store and told the manager that I need to touched up again. While I was getting my hair fixed, the manager told me that the older lady that originally cut my hair stormed out of the store for lunch and was mad. I asked why. She replied with, “ she races me every day. She tries to get more haircuts than me.” Manager then took her time and fixed my hair. The next time I went in, I specifically asked for the manager to cut my hair. I could tell she was rushing and racing the same older lady that cut my hair before that races the manager there… My haircut was rushed again and looked bad and she only cut half of the top of my head and left the whole front half longer than the back 1/2… I had to get my mother to cut the rest of my hair at home.! I will never go back.!!!

I was made aware of the new sports clips app for my iPhone that I could and should use a check in when going to Sports Clips. It’s been over five years since I’ve been to a sports clip due to myself living in a small town in a northern part of Louisiana. Sharon was my stylist. I am balding on the top and just have hair in the sides and some on the back part of my head. I attempted once to do it on my own with clippers which ended in other embarrassment. Ha ha. What I liked about Sports Clips and my stylist in general was the ease of conversation we had with each other and other stylus joining in on our conversation as well. I wasn’t in the best of moods that day but after leaving Sports Clips in Denham Springs Louisiana, I felt much better and I actually smiled and laughed for the first time in that day and this was at almost closing time for Sports Clips. If you’re in the Baton Rouge Denham Springs area or Eastern Baton Rouge, I recommend this Sports Clips and I recommend the stylist Sharon. Remember it’s the people you employee in your business that makes your business flourish not just what you offer. I had many other places I could’ve gone other than Sports Clips but I chose Sports Clips because I’ve used them in the past when I lived in western part of Houston Texas. So I knew what to expect but I didn’t know the kind of service I was gonna get in Denham Springs till I got there and that’s what it’s about. It’s about the people in the business and the business that hires the people that stands for business apart from others. Which the Sports Clips has done.

We’ve been going to Sports Clips for 3 years now. Ms. Brandi cut my sons hair when he was 2 and afraid of getting haircuts. She never let his screaming bother her and she always was quick! Now he’s 5 and he’s always asking to see Ms. Brandi. She’s basically become family! My two year old loves her as well! The staff is very friendly and I always feel welcome when I walk in the door. Highly recommend!

Worse scheduling to try and get a hair cut. We have tried to use them as a walk-in and we’re continuously bumped down the list due to customers that had checked in online. Today tried to use them again this time we checked in online this morning at 9:20, even picked the stylist that was not available until 10:42. At 10:15 I received a text that said the stylist would be ready in 15 minutes. We get there and check in and the time continued to get longer for the wait. Don’t waste your time, you will have to wait whether you walk in or you go online and check in. Have gone twice left twice without a haircut.
