I was just here yesterday. I was charged for the full MVP when I only got the hair wash portion without the warm facial towel I didn’t even get back massage My hair stylist lopped a huge chunk of my ear off and was nasty about it. CANDICE the “manager” is not very welcoming. Whenever I go in there when she is working she belittles me about my eyebrows saying”you NEED to get them waxed.” I will never go to this place again!

I got one haircut I wassatisfied with there it was from Crystal and it was a pretty basic one it was a transition cut because I was growing my hair out.
