Thule cut my hair and I felt butchered and not heard. She may be able to cut mens hair but she does not know how to cut a Bob. She stated a blunt cut is the same as a Bob. That is patently ridiculous. I specifically said do not give me a blunt cut. Cut it to turn under as a Bob cut. It was also completely uneven on all sides. I let her try to fix it the following week and she did not rectify, rather made it worse. She Cuts fast and carelessly. She talks down to you like you don’t know how to blow dry or style your own hair. Like I haven’t had hundreds of haircuts in my long life. Avoid her and this place at all costs.

Would give 0 is that was an option. Call to ask of availability on a Sunday afternoon. Was advised I would be taken as long as I got in the door before 445. Because of the exact situation regarding my vehicle, I took an Uber and paid a rush charge of $15 to go 1.2 miles, literally across the street, to ensure I got to the hair studio on time. I arrived at 4:40pm. The doors were locked. I knocked, no answer. In disbelief I got down on my knees to look into the studio and was able to see two employees sitting in their stylist’s chairs while a thirty employee was doing hair with a customer in that chair. I knocked again, they saw me, and ignored me. I called and after 3 minutes of ringing and me knocking on the door, they answered the phone. I began to repeat to them what they had told me on the phone only an HR before my arrival. I was cut off mid-sentence and told they decided to close early. “ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I spoke with you all less than an HR ago and was told to come in, I spend $15 on a rushed uber to make sure I got here on time.” They brushed me off again. And hung up the phone on me. I recommend that you stay away from this place, and if you’re reading this that means you’re looking for a new hair salon and let me tell you this is not it, find another place. I only tried to come here because my normal studio which is in the same plaza was booked. I hope you take heed to my warning, very rude and obviously unprofessional.

This is a wonderful place to have a haircut. I always go with the same stylist, Jennifer, and I have never had any complaint about her. She is nice, talkative, and tries always to please the customer. I don’t live in Deerfield any longer and I still take the time to drive there and have my haircut with her. As far as I’ve seen, the other stylists are also nice. Kudos to them.

They’ve consistently gotten my hair the way I like it, even though I don’t really know how to describe how I like it. And $25 for a haircut, hair wash, and head message is pretty good, in my experience. I don’t get it every time, but it’s like $7 more than just a haircut, so every few months I say what the hell.

This staff is so ridiculously dump. Management is non existent. Every freaking time I come here, the staff either doesn’t understand English or they cannot perform a standard buzz cut. Way over priced. You’re basically paying to watch TV. Save your money and go to Hair cutters across the street. Same price but at least you have a knowledgable and competent staff. Women running a sports hair cutting business doesn’t make sense. Be a man go to a barber … Actually learn something interesting instead of talking about salads and tea. Asked to have his hair cut to be able to Spike it on top and have sides short neatless to say the incontinent stylist that cut his hair gave him a crew cut instead.
