Their check in process is terrible. When you select a stylist online for pre check in, physically arrive before anyone else, but they choose based on online checking time, that’s poor customer service. First come, first serve is the way it should be. Won’t use again.

When I showed up they let 3 guys who were behind me on the waiting list go ahead of me. Then, while I was waiting, my time expired on the waiting list so 2 other guys checked in and got ahead. Also, nobody asked if I had gotten checked in or did so before hand. I’m glad my haircut came minutes before closing. Hopefully they were just as annoyed as I was.
