Not a great experience overall. Back of my neck got mangled and had some cuts after the haircut. I know that happens sometimes, but the stylist also needed the manager to help finish my haircut. Still charged $22 for my haircut despite that. Great clips is cheaper and less hassle.

How this location has 4+ stars blows my mind. I always go to the O’Fallon location at 2115 State Hwy K off of Feise Rd. However, I didn’t today because they were having issues with their card reader so I went to Dardenne. For any of the male clients out there and stylists out there, I want to ask you if you think this looks like a skin fade?…. Nope. It sure does not and is not. I knew it was bad when Summer didn’t show me the back of my haircut but I didn’t know it was that bad until I went to my original Sport Clips and they noticed the issue right away and thankfully they were able to fix it and Free of charge! Do not let Summer cut your hair at Dardenne and do not go if KT is there as well because their ability to care about their clients is lacking.
