Would not recommend to anyone! Don’t waste your money or time. Went in for a hair cut today used the first available on the check in screen because when you have a busy life style who has time to wait a certain person. First, my eyelid was nicked when trimming my eyebrows while both of my eyes were shut. Then, had to pay extra for the electric razor to be used to get my cut close to skin as possible. Never once until today have I paid extra for this at sports clips at any location including this one. I was never offered the mvp treatment like I typically do. I wasn’t offered to have my card stamped like they always offer. My son who is 6 had hair all over his forehead and neck to the point he couldn’t stop itching once we left. Ended up paying $61 for his cut and mine including a tip. I have never paid more than $48 at this location or any others with the mvp treatment and shampoo for my son and that’s with adding $10 tip in. So I don’t know what is going on with this place but it looks like I will be going to a different shop from here on out. Ruined my whole day just with a haircut.

Very efficient, i was tended to by “lynn” and she asked me all the right questions in order to figure out what i wanted and was very verbal before she made any cuts. I was basically in and out within 30 minutes when other places were very booked. They wer also very clean, very suave and made for intellectual conversation. I’ve taken my kids here a few times. Superb haircuts from every employee I’ve experienced so far, I mean flawless, no detail spared. My kids look great, fantastic. But the wait time is RIDICULOUSLY LONG, HOURS, NO EXAGGERATION! And that sham of a notification board that displays “Accurate” Wait Times is completely false. U do not get an appointment at a set time of day, no, u have an approximate wait time. Ive set a timer on my phone compared to the wait time displayed, several minutes will go by before the wait time will change and when it does change it may be by one single minute according to the board but several according to my timer and my patience at having to stare at a bold faced lie insulting my intelligence. Kind of difficult to get the hang of how things operate there but if u have the time, they are a cut above the rest in town and they charge for their expertise. Seriously, great haircuts tho.

Good luck getting in. No matter when you check the app always gives 120min wait. It will not let you check in and when you call you can not make a appointment. The wait times are terrible. I have been checking multiple days at different times always the same thing.
