Me and my boy came in to get our hair cuts Saturday and I’m very very disappointed and want a refund! We didn’t get what we asked for and just truly the worse haircuts we have ever had! My fade is not a fade nat cut my hair and did not blend my fade it’s looks terrible the back of my head has levels of length in the back and I can see two distinct lines that are crooked one side is scalped lower and I have a huge patch of hair she left!!! Like how is that possible!?!? I also asked for the triple play and hard part and didn’t get either of them!!! My sons haircut is soooo patchy it’s ridiculous!!!! We will never return!! Terrible job you can’t claim to be the best if your not giving the best every time!!

Im giving two stars because usually I have a decent experience here. Today they were busy, which I understand. I asked for what’s in the system with a little off the top cause it’s longer than usual. I usually get a fade and blend as I part my hair to a side too. I got in there and within 7 minutes I was out. Zero time taken to cut my hair. The hair on top of my head was roughly 3.5 inches going in and it’s probably 1 inch now. Zero blending at all where I part my hair. Didn’t get asked if everything looks alright, didn’t get a mirror to look at the back, just whizzed through my haircut and took off the apron (for lack of better words). Sent me on my way. Left a tip because they were busy. Haircut is awful. Glad this didn’t happen last time before I was the best man in a wedding!

I love the place. Would recommend if you don’t mind paying a little more for a haircut than you would elsewhere! Much like any good cut goes, find someone you like and its worth it! The TVs are nice and most of the staff is fun to engage with. I will say the online checkin is frustrating so be patient.

Horrible experience. I ended up.walikng out without even getting a haircut. I checked in online, and arrived at the suggested time. After waiting for 10 minutes, I get a notification that I am next for a haircut, and wait time is 0 minutes. The available stylist then walks up and takes someone behind me and my wait time goes back up to 6
