Worst haircut experience ever. Waited well over and hour for no good reason. The stylists are overly chatty and really slow at cutting hair around 45 mins a cut. Once it was my turn and none of the online clients showed up it seemed like they did everything else to not call my turn like making phone calls and disappearing in the back. I was the last cut of the day before they closed, my haircut didn’t even start until almost 5 so I was a little worried the stylist would rush through it just to get me out of there. I had the complete opposite experience with Katie. She was fantastic, took her time, asked lots of questions about my preferences and I got one of the best cuts ever. I haven’t had a preferred stylist at sports clips until today.

Haley did a great job!! 5 stars for herIn my opinion, a shampoo should be included in the price a standard haircut. Once you wash your hair, there’s always hair that was laying different or flat from a hat, etc. Need to shampoo it and go back over it to be on point! ♂️
