I have never been to a Sport Clips before and now I will never not go to one! I had an amazing experience here at the Sport Clips in Copperas Cove. Tamera was an amazing stylist and is super friendly and knowledgeable! She gave me a really good haircut, massage, hot towel, and shampoo. The customer service was excellent! I like that they tell you what products they use and they also have them in-store for purchase if you want them. I also enjoyed the fact that they weren’t pushy when promoting the products. Been here several times and they normally do a good job. However, I tried to make an appointment “check in” online. The webpage is down. So i call and ask for 9:30 appointment. They say just come in there’s no wait. So o drive the 20 minutes there and there’s 2 guys in chairs and 1 guy waiting. I ask how long the wait is and am told “21 minutes.”

I used the sport clips app and put myself on the wait list, like i usually do. It told me they were open from 10-6 and there was a 130 min wait. Ok no problem, i can go do a few things and then head over there. I periodically checked the wait list, i could see that it was moving, the wait time was getting shorter and shorter. I started heading over there once i was fifth in line. I get to the store only to find a sign on the door that said “this location is closed on Mother’s day”. So how is it that their app said they were OPEN and their wait list was regularly UPDATING when they were actually CLOSED? Thanks sport clips for wasting my damn time and gas. In the future I’ll consider taking my business elsewhere.

I like the store but one of their employees named Edna, can’t cut hair. The last time I went there I was getting a haircut by Edna. The haircut I wanted, which I had gotten before by other barbers which turned out really good, so I asked Edna to to it but she messed up REALLY BAD. After I got my haircut I asked her to put it in the system what I got so the next barber would know I like the haircut, not the barber. But after getting my hair cut today I realized she was to lazy to put it in because I received the haircut I got 2 times ago, which was in summer(my short haircut), which was left in the system instead of being replaced by the one I wanted. So the barber today just went right into it and now I HAVE A REALLY SHORT HAIRCUT IN THE BEGINNING OF WINTER, BECAUSE EDNA CANT DO HER JOB!!!
