The way she let my son….walk out of there w a haircut you wouldn’t have done on a dog…I his mom wasn’t there his dad was, and I couldn’t bieve anyone would expect a 12 yyar old boy to go to school on his first day of 7th grade with the haircut she had given. I will never be back. Then they charged us for a haircut style and wash and we were supposed to get the wash for free being the first time we’d ever had our haircut there. Checked in online for the second time, because they suggest you to, and missed my appt. time by 2 minutes. My stylist of choice was cutting hair when I arrived and I had an 18 minute wait. After 47 minutes of waiting I realized my stylist was gone and I was “on deck” waiting g for next available stylist. Never checking in online again and considering changing haircut spot as well.
