I have been cutting my own hair for about 15 years. I have family pictures coming up and figured I’d try to have a professional cut and beard trim to look my best and boy was I wrong. I got a simple buzz and a lot of hair was missed. That could be overlooked by me if my beard didn’t turn out the way it did. It is very uneven and way too low on one side which is almost impossible for me to fix myself without completely shaving. The worst of it is the terrible razor burn on the front of my neck, with the other side on front missing half of the hair. I didn’t want to have her get the rest when I noticed due to the burn I already had and didn’t want to lose any more skin. I have never done that to myself and I’m not sure how a professional managed to damage my skin so bad. Hopefully it can heal before my pictures but it is pretty bad so I don’t have high hopes. I am not normally a review leaver but I am very unsatisfied with paying so much to have my face look the way it does. Do not let them touch your neck or beard.

Great place, just gotten super expensive even with my millitary discount. Regular haircut today just cost me 28 dollars….. Used to be about 14ish then it was 18. But im afraid this is just too expensive , especially with how often I get my haircut… I love this place, they do a good job and I enjoy talking to the nice ladies here, but I cant break my bank getting my haircut so often for the millitary.

I wasn’t pleased with the service, the way things were handled when I checked in. I checked in on my phone requesting Danae and Lindsey. When I arrived to the store I proceeded to complete the check in on the kiosk. As I got my first son checked in, it wouldn’t allow me to check the other son in. So, I let one of the employees know and the system ended up kicking him completely off the wait list. Leslie, the manager that evening added him back to the wait list which started his time completely over. I also let Leslie know that I requested Danae during my check in and she replied back with ” She is getting off work, so she wont be here.” Okay, so I just went with first available.

We’ll, I should have known that every 3rd cut is the bomb! I told Alix I wanted to get a trim and keep my hair long, so she buzzed the sides high and left me a mop on the very top I’ll remember to not use her again! I could have done better myself. She gets a 0 on doing what I asked. I did notice most of the younger men and boys were getting buzzed before me, Should have walked out when I saw that!

Checked in online for first available. Got to store, let them know I was there. Said it would be about 20 minutes. Sat for about 10 minutes. Looked at the board and saw I was at an hour plus wait and had gone from first available to with someone that I didn’t request. Luckily got an appointment tomorrow with my wife’s hairstylist. Will not be back.
