I used online check in for the first and last time today. Arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment time and was not greeted or told there was an additional step required. Sat around for 45 minutes, a full half hour past my appointment time. No staff acknowledged my existence so I assumed all is well and they were just slow today. Ended getting a text message my appointment had been cancelled and to sign in again with a two hour wait time. I will never be patronizing this location, or any sport clips in the future.
