Asked for a low tape up hair cut but got what could only be described as high tape up or low fade, plus some areas weren’t blended properly. They do not honor their online check-in policy: “Please arrive 15 mins before your suggested arrival time.” I planned to arrive when they opened, so there was no way I would be able to check in and be there 15 minutes before. I was the only one waiting outside the door when they opened. By the time I checked in, at least six more customers arrived, three of whom must have checked in online. They were taken first and my estimated wait time was 24 minutes. In my opinion, this is not acceptable and not how you should treat customers.
