Their app doesn’t work very often when I try to make an appt. So I walked into the Jones Crossing facility and was immediately asked: “Did you register online?” I answered that the app was not working so I decided to just walk in. She agreed the app was not reliable and that one has to try multiple times to get it to work. Then she asked me again if I had registered online. To which I responded that no, I was unable to since, as she confirmed, the app is not reliable.
