Today was my most recent visit to Sport Clips, and it will regrettably also be my last. A few years ago, Sport Clips discontinued their loyalty card program and then raised their prices during the pandemic. Now, with inflation, I was charged $24 for a basic haircut (previously the price of an “MVP” package). With the expected tip, the total price of a haircut here will approach nearly $30. That is an outrageous price for a monthly men’s haircut. I would recommend patronizing 6.99 Haircuts in Houston’s Chinatown or waiting for a $6.99 coupon from Great Clips in the BCS circular.

Ever since the pandemic started I’ve been cutting my own hair, and after almost 12 months without a proper haircut I decided to let a professional handle the situation. Juanita took care of me, and now that one hell of a mess haircut I had is a thing of the past. She’s was great, talented, and super friendly. I look like a normal person once again.

Good environment & good staff (Gracey) But whatever you do, DO NOT GO TO KYILLAH! She is god awful and is not nice. Any single human on the planet could have done a better job than her. Now I am looking at my haircut full way around and NOT ONE THING was done right. She is an absolute abysmal and I feel extremely bad for anyone she has ever done. Everyone I have encountered since that haircut has told me it was atrocious! It was suppose to be a simple haircut nothing too difficult at all but she couldn’t even do that! She does not deserve to be there anymore. TRUST ME, whatever you do, avoid kyillah AT ALL COSTS!! Everyone else is great and nice there but she was NONE of the above. Please sports clips, if you care about your customers, I’d highly recommend getting rid of her! For this experience, I wish I could give it a 0 stars! Herendous experience.

Great cut, and delightful service. This actually was the best cut I’ve had in a while (and the best one I’ve had in town), and it’s my first time here. My barber/stylist was Sarah, and she does a wonderful job, so if you want a quality haircut, then I would suggest you go and ask for Sarah.

So a month ago I went in to get a cut I had checked in online like I was supposed to when I got there I was asked did you check in online I said yes and they replied ok someone will be right with you..45 minutes later when i asked how much longer I was told your stylist just went on brake..then today I checked in online and I chose a stylist I got there a couple of minutes early and I received a text saying I was next on deck..but when I walked in I was told that 2 people were ahead of me…I will never use this place again

My go to place no matter what city I’m in. Haven’t had a bad experience yet, over multiple cities. Workers at this location in particular are good at what they do and pleasant to be around. I’d recommend getting the MVP experience at least once. It costs more, but it’s worth trying it at least once in my opinion.

Morgan cut my hair, EASILY worst experience I’ve ever had during a hair cut. Not sure if employees have to prove they know how to cut hair before they’re hired but they either didn’t ask this girl or she lied. Extremely rude and didn’t care about my experience at all, spent more time watching tv and sharing her unwanted political opinions than the poor job she was doing of cutting my hair. Will not be returning, a disgrace to sports clips.
