Since I’m retired I can come early and get fast service. I understand the staffing issues with the pandemic. Seems it’s everywhere these days. But I’ve always had at least a good experience and sometimes a fantastic experience. Depends on the stylist and staffing but the services are great and I think I get what I pay for. The major variable seems to be the amount of time the stylist spends in the head and shoulder massage. Maybe instituting a timer would improve consistency?

Worse place to try to get your haircut. I’ve used them many times to get my haircut. These last two experiences have been dreadful. Save yourself some time and go anywhere else. The stylists were rude and did not welcome you. It was almost like they did not want to be there. After waiting almost an hour passed your scheduled time and after they let two people go ahead of you is uncalled for. Safe to say I will never be coming back.
