Call ahead to make sure your stylist doesn’t have an hour lunch right when you get there. The booking system should have this baked in. #feature-request

Critical: ProfessionalismI’m very disappointed with this Sports Clips. My family has been coming here for around 10 years now and they usually do a good job. Today when we walked in for our appointment that we made online they took one look at my son and said they won’t cut his hair because he won’t wear a mask. When I explained to them that he has sensory processing disorder, speech delay and developmental delays and won’t wear mask they refused to cut his hair. I talked to them about how much distress a mask makes him and that he has a hard time understanding why he needs to wear one they didn’t care at all, he has been coming here to get his haircut since they re opened and never once have they made him wear one. I realize there is a pandemic going on, however how can you discriminate and refuse to serve someone because of their disabilities!I’m very disappointed with this Sports Clips.
