Went to get a haircut today, I explained what I wanted and even showed a pic to a heavy set stylist (forgot her name) my hair looked very little like the picture and she didn’t blend many areas and didn’t cut obvious overgrown hair around my ears. My regular barber usually takes 30 to 40 mins to give me this hair cut , this person did it in around 10 mins. She kept talking about all these other stuff and I reluctantly engaged her as to not appear rude , I was thinking shouldn’t you be focusing on your job instead of nonstop chit chatting. Never going back to this place again, this was my third different sportsclip location and it’s been pretty much the same. They are lazy and don’t understand their job. If you want your average joe haircut than go here but if you want a real man’s haircut avoid this place, difintely avoid the heavy set stylist . I was nice and even tipped her because that’s the type of person I am but I expect great results and she failed miserably at her job. If you are tired go home, if you don’t like your job or can’t do it than find another job.

Absolutely terrible experience. Cut my sons ear twice. Haircut was horrible with horrible fade and patches everywhere. Kid was literally covered in hair. Kyle was unapologetic and rude. We will never go here again and will ne making a formal complaint.

Worst customer service I have had at a Sports Clips anywhere. They told me an hour wait so I checked in and went nextdoor to eat. Came back 45 minutes later to be told it will he another 40 minutes which I didn’t have time for so wasted over an hour on there word. Than was told it was because of online check-ins but know once I check-in it shouldn’t effect my wait.

Went for a simple haircut, and my head made me look like an incompetent child afterwards. This Michele lady doesnt know anything about cutting mens hair. When this place first opened it had great stylists. The last 2 cuts I got were by hacks who need a new profession. This place is a joke that doesnt check their employees work ahead of time. Critical: Quality, ValueWent in for a hair cut before Christmas and was hoping to get a decent cut was supposed to get Christmas photos taken with my family, went in for a haircut and got absolutely butchered had to be her 1st haircut ever they need to hire people that know what they’re doing. If your gonna out someone on the floor to cut hair who doesn’t know what they are doing then don’t charge people. She literally didn’t cut the left side of my head. I had to ask her 4 times to please fix this and please fix that. After a hour of sitting in the chair and getting my head butchered I just couldn’t do it anymore. I had to go pay $50 somewhere else just to get it fixed. The other thing that really got me upset was I called to speak to a manager 3 times ! And funny how there’s never a manager in that can help you with your questions. Terrible experience ruined my holiday, I take pride in my hair and how it looks, if you do too I do NOT recommend going here for a cut.. Honestly have gotten 2 cuts here from different girls and both were great. They were kind and courteous and most importantly quick. I’ve been to other locations and was not happy with sports clips but this one was very nice.
