Sports Clips loves to tell customers NO. Yesterday I waited an hour at a different Sports Clips only to be skipped by a child because his cut would be easier to do. The staff could care less that I left and were actually happy that they didn’t have to cut my hair because it was getting close to the end of the day. Today, I called and tried to sign on to this Sports Clips but no one would answer the phone and the website was not letting me sign in. As soon as I entered the store, the stylist told me I needed to have signed in online. I explained I tried and she said sorry we can’t cut your hair today. After 10 years of getting my hair cut with this company, I can say this business has gone down to the level less than dog groomers. Sports Clips loves having two employees only cutting hair and customers have to wait for an overpriced haircut that is rarely impressive. If you want to look good guys, you work hard for your money. Go to a real barber.

Shanti was absolutely amazing with our boys. She was so kind, welcoming, and gentle with the youngest who was nervous, and was so silly and cracked jokes with the older boys. She did an amazing job with their haircuts and was super fast as to keep the wiggles to a minimum. We’ll definitely make sure to see her every time the 4 of them need hair help!
